Amazon's fulfillment centers use numerous grassroots tools, overwhelming managers, contributing to high turnover.
Redesigning Engage, I found managers struggled with excessive system-generated tags, leading to rushed interactions. I revamped landing and profile pages, unifying tags and enhancing search and filter capabilities to streamline manager tasks.
